Our hotel in Rome is pleased to offer several services to our own clients to guarantee a pleasant stay with no unwelcome surprises.

Reception
Our hotel in Rome’s reception functions 24/7 and is managed by a multi-lingual staff who will help you during your entire stay, starting with check-in; in fact, on your arrival you can ask us for help taking your luggage to your room, since our hotel is on the first floor of an early 20th century building with no lift.
If you like, our hotel in Rome staff can point out the major attractions you can get to on foot or with public transportation, advising you what to do in Rome during your stay and if you have any questions, we will be happy to answer them. In addition, the reception staff at our hotel in central Rome will be pleased to give you a complimentary map of the city and help you book tours, museums, exhibitions, restaurants and even your next hotel in Italy.

Breakfast
Our hotel in Rome is pleased to inform you that breakfast is always included in the room rate, no matter what type you have chosen, and is served from 7 to 9:30am. It consists of: fresh croissants, bread rolls, ham and cheese, toast, ordinary cereals and chocolate coated ones, various jams and spreadable chocolate, coffee, tea, milk, ersatz coffee, ersatz cappuccino, café au lait, American coffee, orange juice and energy drinks.

Bar
The bar service at our hotel in central Rome is open from 7am to midnight, and it offers a wide selection of alcoholic and non- drinks, sweet and savoury snacks you can nibble on while prepare your tour for the day or the following day, or just relaxing in our TV room or your room if you prefer, when you get back from your excursion.

Agreed parking facility
Our hotel at Rome Termini does not have its own garage, but for those with special needs and who don’t want to park in the street, we have an agreed parking garage available.
The cost varies between 20 and 25 Euros per day, depending on the size of the vehicle: workdays from 6am to midnight and holidays from 6 to 10am and from 6pm to midnight.
No reservation is necessary, and once you have arrived here, we will tell you where to go. Alternatively, you can park in the blue lines which are everywhere around our buildin.

Agreed restaurants
Our hotel in Rome does not have its own restaurant in the building, but after many requests from our clients, we decided to offer all those who want it a half or full pension with a fixed price menu or à la carte accommodated in Restaurants where we ourselves go to eat during our brief breaks.

Luggage deposit
If your arrival is before check-in at 2pm or if your check-out is scheduled for after 11am, the time you must leave you room, our hotel at Rome Termini has a luggage deposit available to our clients, free of charge.

WI-FI Service
Seeing as our clients always need new technology, our hotel in central Rome for a year now has kept up with the times by implementing a wi-fi service, available in the entire building for a cost of a wi-fi card for 5 Euros for 5 hours of surfing. It could happen that the rooms farthest away do not receive a strong enough signal for surfing properly, in which case you can use the common areas in the building for wi-fi use.

Internet Point
For those who do not have a laptop, iPhone or other web surfing appliance with them, our Hotel at Rome Termini has an internet point available, with two stations where you can surf while mingling socially with the other hotel guests, if you like, or while enjoying a drink from the bar.

Wake up, Fax and Printing service
Do you have a really important early morning engagement or flight? No problem waking up in time: we will wake you up!! Our hotel in Rome has wake up service available, just remember to tell reception the exact time (the service is free of charge).
Do you need to send or receive an urgent fax? Do you need to print a document like your online air ticket? Even here, just ask our reception staff who are always at your disposition. There will be a small charge for fax and printing services.

Taxi
ooking a taxi has never been so easy, especially if we are doing the booking for you! In addition, our hotel in central Rome has an agreement with a hired car and driver company which serves the city or goes to and from the airport, offering our clients special rates. Anyway, our hotel in central Rome is in a strategic position very close to the Termini Station where there are taxis every day at all hours, so if you need one it is a one minute’s walk away!

Tickets for the open bus tour
In our hotel in Rome you can also buy tickets for the Open Bus Tour: double deck buses that roam the city stopping at the major tourist attractions (14 stops). You can visit the site that interests you most and come back to the same stop and catch the next bus (they go by every 30 minutes) and visit the next site. Inside the bus are disposable headphones with site explanations in 8 different languages. The cost of the ticket is 18 Euros for a 48 hour tour. There are also children’s rates for under 15 years that cost 10 Euros.

Discount card
At our hotel at Rome Termini reception, there are a series of discount cards available for: restaurants, pubs, wine bars, bicycle rental, massage centres and more.
